Change happens at the intersection of mind and body.

So, regardless of whether you’re looking to take the next step in your career or can’t stop shaking in the car after an accident, that’s where we do our work.

Your nervous system sets the stage for everything

How you perceive the world (what you notice, what you don’t).

How the world perceives you (signals you give off without even knowing it).

Many of our approaches are siloed. They treat the mind and body as separate entities.

I built my practice at that intersection, because it’s the level where change actually happens.

I bring together organizational leadership, extensive somatic training, and a systems thinker’s brain.

My offerings use Somatic Experiencing (SE) and parts work to bring the nervous system into your growth, performance, or healing work.

About Katie LaCelle - Greenery Icon

Hi, I’m Katie LaCelle

Leadership & Somatic Coach

I came to somatic work through an unusual path: chemical engineering, organizational leadership, consulting, circus, and a lot of my own internal work. That combination shapes how I practice. I'm drawn to complexity and nuance. I’m comfortable with uncertainty. I think in systems, and I bring the same quality of attention to the body and nervous system that I bring to managing a project or speaking at an event.
